NOTE:  All Wiley Lures can be used for casting or trolling. 

Since we have been inundated with requests regarding trolling depths that can be achieved with a Wiley Lure, we have created some guidelines.

The following information is the APPROXIMATE ACHIEVABLE DEPTH based on a trolling speed of 5 miles per hour with 40' of line out.

Remember, these are GUIDELINES ONLY, not "cut and dry" rules. Variables such as line weight, line length, trolling speed & buoyancy of the lure ALL affect achievable depth. Basically, short line achieves shallow depth, long line achieves deeper depth.

• 5" Lures - 6 feet
• 6" Lures - 6 feet
• 7-1/2" Lures - 10 feet
• 8" Lures - 10 feet
• 5" Deep Divers - 14 feet
• 6" Deep Divers - 14 feet
