Muskie Thrills accepts both on-line & mail/email orders. We ship only to the continental US and Canada. SPECIAL NOTE TO OUR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS ORDERING ON-LINE: Since we are unable to set separate shipping tables for our Canadian customers, we ask you to "visit our store" for special instructions on how to add the extra $10 shipping fee when placing your order. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
If placing a mail/email order, be sure to include the shipping address so we can calculate shipping fees and tax (6% on PA orders). We will advise you via email the total amount due & mailing address to send payment. We accept both personal checks and money orders (Canadian customers - US money orders ONLY which must be drawn in US Funds). PLEASE NOTE: Mail orders will NOT be processed until payment is received and funds have cleared to guarantee order placement.
All Muskie Thrills business and correspondence is conducted via email so please check your email address for accuracy. Muskie Thrills is a home-based business. We do not publish our phone number(s) in order to protect our privacy and prevent unwanted solicitation, however we ask you to include your phone number when placing an order or writing us. We respect your privacy as well, and the ONLY time we would contact you via telephone is if there is a question or problem with your order and cannot reach you because you provided an incorrect/undeliverable email address.
SHIPPING TIMES: We do not stock lures. Normal shipping times run from 6 - 8 weeks but can be shorter or longer depending on our backlog when your order is placed. We process all purchases in the order in which they are received, so any request to "rush" shipment is denied. This is necessary in order to provide each and every Muskie Thrills customer with the same level of customer service, so please consider your timeline before placing an order.
Our prices at Muskie Thrills are the best you'll find anywhere, therefore we do not offer quantity discounts nor do we sell unpainted lures.
